We are seeking admin staff to support the Children’s flu programme from September 2025 to January 2026. The hours/days are flexible but a minimum of 7 hours per day is required and hours/days will be within a “Bank” rota system.
We require staff to answer telephone enquiries, appoint children for their flu vaccines across Tayside as well as support the team with consent management for school age children. There will also be a need to support the team out at schools across Tayside when delivering the programme. Full training and support will be provided.
Hours can be flexible and worked within the following localities and you must be able to travel across Tayside:
The Crescent, Whitfield, Dundee / Ryehill Health Centre, Dundee / Whitehills HCCC, Forfar / Drumhar Health Centre, Perth
Your performance must comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009” and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.
