About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional to play a vital role in supporting both customer relationships and internal teams. You will be the first point of contact for a broad range of clients - handling sales orders, answering product queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Handle customer orders via phone and email, inputting them accurately into the ERP system
✅ Provide advice on products, including upselling where appropriate
✅ Build strong relationships with clients through friendly and professional communication
✅ Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations) to deliver seamless service
✅ Proactively manage customer expectations and follow through on enquiries
✅ Resolve complaints or complex issues promptly and professionally
✅ Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and internal systems
