The Opportunity
We're seeking an ambitious 360 Billing Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in Reading town centre. As a specialist in Legal Private Practice recruitment, you'll work with some of the South East's most prestigious businesses while building your own personal brand in this lucrative market.
Your Role
1. Full 360-degree recruitment lifecycle ownership
2. Business development and account management with key clients
3. Candidate sourcing, screening, and relationship building
4. Market mapping and headhunting of passive candidates
5. Negotiating terms and closing deals
6. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
What You'll Need
7. Proven track record in recruitment (minimum 1 year) or relevant recruitment sales experience
8. Strong commercial acumen and business development skills
9. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
10. Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
11. Resilient and target-driven approach
12. Knowledge of the Legal sector (desirable)
13. A positive can do attitude
What We Offer
14. Competitive basic salary: £30,000 - £50,000 DOE
15. Uncapped commission structure (OTE £45,000 - £80,000 first year)
