Accounts Administrator
We are currently seeking to recruit an Accounts Administrator for our Mercedes-Benz Mallusk dealership. You will be enthusiastic, well organised and diligent individual working within a small busy accounts team.
This position is on a full-time basis which is office based.
39-hour week - Monday to Friday (Flexibility with start/finish time)
Alternate Friday afternoons 12:45 finish
Essential Criteria:
* Proven experience in an accounts administration role or similar position
* Proficient IT Skills and Microsoft office to include excel
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail along with strong organisational skills
* Good working knowledge of all accounting practices
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as you will liaise with both internal and external personnel on a daily basis
* Strong work ethic
* Ability to work under pressure and within tight timelines
Job Role:
* Cheque journal posting
* High volume registration of supplier invoices
* Liaising with other departments to ensure supplier invoices are passed in a timely fashion
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Processing payments to suppliers
* Handling cash/preparing lodgements
* Credit card analysis and posting to ledger
* Sales and purchase ledger duties
* Petty cash posting
* Any other ad hoc duties
