Are you an organised, proactive professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Co-Ordinator, where you'll work closely with the Sales Director and team to provide outstanding administrative support while building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Key duties to include:
Answering enquiries both internally and externally
Managing day-to-day sales matters through our internal system
Taking ownership of customer needs; create and manage deadlines for enquiries where appropriate
Developing relationships with all customers and suppliers through regular communication, both written and on the phone
Providing pricing and lead times where requested
Processing incoming sales orders
Day to day sales administration
Answering the telephone quickly and efficiently and making outgoing, proactive calls where necessary
