Their Procurement function, nominated for the Sustainability Procurement Project of the Year, is at the forefront of driving Supply Chain value. Join their Corporate Service Procurement Team to lead and shape Sourcing, Post-Contract Management, and Supplier Relationship Management.
The Senior Procurement Manager for HR and Business Services will champion Procurement's Agenda to deliver best-in-class Procurement and build robust relationships to a senior level.
* Lead the HR and Business Services procurement Pipeline, overseeing £multi-million spends.
* Shape Commercial strategy and models.
* Lead high-value, complex spends end-to‑end
* Engage with the market to ensure competitiveness and innovation, staying ahead of shifts and trends.
* Lead Supplier Relationship Management Processes.
Requirements:
* HR and Business Services Procurement experience.
* Ability to manage and prioritise multiple, complex projects.
* Contract Terms and Conditions expertise.
* Experience within a large, matrix organisation.
* Strong Communication and Engagement ability.
* Relevant qualification, e.g. CIPS, MRICS, or degree.
