Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Prepare and serve beverages, including bartending duties as needed
Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in a restaurant or similar environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
