Brownlee Cale is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client's growing construction team. You will be responsible for managing a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial build projects from pre-construction through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of high-quality projects and play a key role in delivering exceptional results for our clients. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality standards. * Develop and maintain project programmes and schedules. * Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers. * Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures. * Chair progress meetings, prepare project reports, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. * Monitor project costs, variations, and risks, working closely with the commercial team. * Resolve site issues promptly and proactively to keep projects on track. * Foster strong relationships with clients and promote repeat business. Skills & Experience * Proven experience as a Project Manager on residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects. * Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management methodologies. * Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills. * Good understanding of construction contracts (NEC / JCT desirable). * IT proficient – MS Office, project scheduling tools (Asta / MS Project). * SMSTS, CSCS (Manager), and First Aid qualifications preferred. * Full UK driving licence required.
