ROOM ATTENDANT, FRASER SUITES

Frasers Hospitality owns and operates several properties in the UK, including Fraser Suites, Fraser Place and Fraser Residence, as well as Park International Hotel. Properties are located in London, Edinburgh and Glasgow and offer short and long stays for business and leisure travellers.
What you will be doing as a Room Attendant
You will ensure total guest satisfaction by providing efficient, courteous, and high-quality service within the Housekeeping Department. You will be responsible for all rooms, public areas, corridors and back-of-house areas, and may oversee outsourced staff when required. Occasional interaction with customers and support for other operations departments during the night shift may be required.
You are an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with a passion for providing an excellent customer experience. You will enjoy working as part of an amazing team who share the same goal – to create memorable guest experiences.
