A leading Housing Developer is seeking a freelance Assistant Site Manager for a development project in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be offered a daily rate of £240 - £255, depending on experience.
Job Duties:
Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the construction site.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades on site.
Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
Monitor progress and quality of work on site.
Report to the Site Manager on site activities and issues.
Required Qualifications:
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
First Aid certification
Valid Driving Licence
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
Prior experience in new build housing projects
Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Working Conditions:
