Job Title: Social Worker - Children in Care

Pay Rate: £36.65 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join their Children in Care (CIC) Team. In this role, you'll support looked-after children and young people, ensuring they receive the care, stability, and opportunities they need to thrive.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of children and young people under the local authority's care.
* Develop and review care plans in line with statutory requirements.
* Identify safeguarding concerns and advocate for children's voices in decision-making.
* Collaborate with foster carers, schools, and health services, attending multi-agency meetings such as LAC reviews.
* Prepare legal reports and maintain accurate records.
* Support transitions like reunification or independence.
* Conduct statutory visits.
* Engage in supervision and training to uphold professional standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Social Work England registration
* Right to work in the UK
* Full UK driving licence
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent
* Post-qualified experience in children in care, safeguarding, or statutory children's services
