Role Description
They are seeking a Head Chef with experience in volume catering, capable of managing events for up to 100 guests, preferably with a minimum of 1AA Rosette background.
As Head Chef, you will:
* Have a background in fresh food kitchens
* Oversee all aspects of a professional kitchen, with experience in high-level establishments
* Manage and motivate your team
* Ensure ongoing training and development
* Provide solid management in both kitchen and personnel
