Kinetic Recruitment is looking to recruit a Building Manager to oversee a number of commercial properties in the Greater Manchester area. This is a permanent role with office hours from 8am to 6pm (1 hour lunch, paid for 45 hours). Salary disclosed on application but is above market rate.
Responsibilities
* Operate the reception area and welcome visitors and staff.
* Liaise with tenants on a daily basis.
* Book meeting rooms.
* Ensure cleaning standards are adhered to.
* Maintain building check sheets, including checking all toilets and showers daily.
* Liaise with the Facilities Manager about small maintenance works, paint touch‑up etc.
* Check presentation of the building exterior.
* Maintain high levels of customer service for tenants.
* If applicable, operate the building’s amenity area and keep coffee machines, vending machines and communal exercise area operational.
* Close down the building and amenity area at the end of the day, ensuring readiness for the next day.
* Liaise with senior management on site.
