We’re currently recruiting resilient and adaptable individuals to join our team as Unqualified Teaching Assistants, supporting schools across the Great Yarmouth area.
In this role, you’ll work closely with pupils with a range of academic, social, and behavioural needs. You’ll play a key part in helping them stay engaged, emotionally balanced, and ready to learn. No two days are the same—this is a hands-on and rewarding opportunity where your attitude, consistency, and confidence will make a genuine difference.
While experience in education, care, or youth work is beneficial, what matters most is your resilience, positivity, and willingness to step up when it’s needed most.
Travel Requirement
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as travel between schools may be required at short notice.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting pupils with a variety of learning and behavioural needs
Using structured strategies to improve engagement and progress
Assisting with literacy and numeracy development
Managing behaviour with calmness, clarity, and consistency
Helping to maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
