Job Description We are pleased to be working closely with a well known independent Insurance Broker, who are now looking to expand there Corporate Team and are looking for a Corporate Account Handler to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their individual needs and offering insurance solutions that are right for them.
Policy Handling: Oversee all aspects of insurance policies, such as renewals, updates, claims, and general questions. Work with senior team members or insurance providers when more complex issues arise.
Insurance Quotes: Research and provide clients with competitive insurance quotes that meet their coverage needs.
Customer Support: Address client questions and resolve concerns quickly and effectively, using phone, email, or other communication channels.
Record Keeping: Keep all client information and policy documents accurate and up to date.
Claims Support: Help clients navigate the claims process by coordinating with insurers and other involved parties.
About You:
Experience: Minimum of 12 months commercial insurance experience
