As a Support Worker, you must:
1. Be over the age of 18 to apply
2. Have the right to work in the UK
3. Be a UK resident; we are unable to offer sponsorship
4. Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
5. Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
6. Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
7. Have a genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector
The duties of a Support Worker include supporting service users in the community, assisting with hobbies, and prompting personal care tasks. We aim to empower all service users to carry out everyday tasks independently.
