Resourcing and Talent Specialist @ Bromford
We are looking for an experienced senior post contract manager to lead the post‑contract phase of complex housing and construction projects. You will ensure developments are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, ready for letting or sale. The role involves managing contractors, overseeing project viability, mitigating risks, handling escalations, and reporting performance to senior leadership. Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a focus on customer outcomes are essential.
Responsibilities
* Oversee multiple projects from contract to handover, coordinating teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth delivery.
* Monitor performance, manage budgets and cashflows, ensure compliance with regulations and Homes England requirements, and lead project close‑down to capture lessons learned.
* Maintain high‑quality standards and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
* Facilitate risk management and stakeholder engagement to maintain project viability.
Qualifications
* A degree in construction, project management, or a related field.
* Chartered status (RICS, MCIOB, or equivalent) desirable.
* IT literacy.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Ability to complete a basic DBS check.
About the role
This role is permanent and full time. You can be based from either of our main offices in Chipping Sodbury or Tewkesbury with regular travel to sites required.
