Key purpose – Head of Business and Economics:
* To take the lead role in the further development of Business and Economics.
* Must be able to teach Business Studies.
* Oversee the work of all teachers delivering the curriculum at KS3 – KS5, as well as supporting those with the aspiration to study at HE Level.
* Develop teachers within the team to meet their aspirations, and ensure quality of work.
* Ensure high standards and support the schools vision and ethos
