Equifind have partnered with a prestigious boutique Real Estate Fund based in Mayfair, London, in search of a Finance and Office Administrator. This role offers the opportunity to support both finance and office operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment within the real estate sector.
Due to the size of the company, you will liaise with every department and every individual from Juniors to Senior Management, so there is so much to learn and be exposed to. They have nearly no staff turnover and offer a great career.
The successful candidate will be both well-presented and also have very strong communication skills, both in the written form, as well as verbal. You will do a dual role of administrative duties between Finance and Office operations. Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial tasks including processing invoices, managing expenses, and maintaining financial records
- Support office operations by coordinating meetings, managing office supplies, and handling administrative tasks
- Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Provide administrative support to the team and senior management as required
- Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in finance and office administration roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ideally proficient in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is advantageous
The Permanent Finance and Office Administrator working for this Mayfair based leading Real Estate Fund offer:
· Salary: £30,000 PA - £35,000 PA.
