Our client, a premium brand in the travel and adventure sector, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead their digital-first marketing strategy and elevate the customer experience across every touchpoint.
This is not a social media management role. It’s a strategic, hands-on leadership position for a marketer who can connect big-picture brand direction with data-driven performance.
About the Brand
Our client operates within the premium travel and leisure space, delivering exceptional experiences to a loyal and growing customer base. With a strong reputation and ambitious growth plans for 2026, they are now looking for a marketing leader to build on that success.
You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team and a full-service marketing partner agency, bringing expertise across strategy, PPC, automation, SEO, and creative, providing a strong support network from day one.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you’ll own the marketing strategy, creative direction, and customer journey, ensuring brand consistency and coordinated delivery across performance channels, CRM, automation, and content.
In your first 6 months, you will:
* Define and champion the brand story, voice, and value proposition
* Partner with the external agency to deliver PPC, automation, and CRM workflows
* Manage a major website rebuild focused on CRO and UX
* Oversee storytelling and creative direction across all digital channels
* Establish performance dashboards tracking ROAS, CPL, and engagement metrics
* Develop brand partnerships, sponsorships, and community events
* Lead presence at trade shows and experiential marketing events
* Recruit and mentor a Junior Marketer as the team grows
* Build a scalable marketing rhythm through quarterly planning and optimisation
What You’ll Bring
* 4–6 years’ experience in digital-first or growth marketing roles
* Strong understanding of CRM (HubSpot), automation, and performance marketing
* Proven ability to tell a compelling brand story and manage creative direction
* Analytical and data-driven, able to balance creativity with measurable performance
* Collaborative, curious, and proactive, with experience managing agency partners
* A passion for travel, adventure, or premium consumer experiences is highly desirable
