This is a 360 recruitment role where you’ll manage your own market, develop new clients, and place candidates into roles across a large regional patch. You’ll spend a lot of time on the phone — this is a sales role at heart. If you enjoy relationship-led sales and converting conversations into revenue, you’ll thrive here. Ideally, you’ll be a driver due to client meeting and visits and the large geographical patch but it's not a deal breaker.
