We’re recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join our client’s busy, friendly call centre team. You’ll mainly handle inbound calls, supporting customers with a variety of queries while delivering an exceptional level of service. Our client prides themselves on creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and part of the team.
What We’re Looking For
9. Strong customer service skills
10. Confidence handling both inbound and outbound calls
11. Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office
12. Excellent communication and organisational skills
13. Previous customer service experience (not necessarily in a call centre!)
Full training is provided for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
14. Deliver an excellent customer experience in line with the company’s Quality Framework
15. Be the first point of contact via telephone, email, SMS, and social media
16. Take ownership of enquiries and complaints, using initiative to find effective solutions
17. Accurately update internal systems to ensure smooth customer journeys
18. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to provide a seamless service
