We are now seeking a skilled and personable School Administrator to join our busy School Office. This is an important role at the heart of the Prep School, providing high-quality administrative support that helps the school run smoothly each day. You will be a welcoming presence for families and visitors, a reliable point of contact for staff, and a thoughtful and proactive partner in ensuring our processes remain organised and efficient. The role involves supporting a wide variety of school operations, including admissions activity, parent communication, coordination of events and the maintenance of accurate pupil records. You will also assist with reception cover at times, contributing to the warm and professional first impression that families and visitors receive when they contact or arrive at the school. The ability to prioritise effectively, communicate clearly and handle confidential information with care will be essential to your success.
