We are working with a well-regarded regional law firm seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their busy and supportive Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing experience and develop a long-term career within litigation.
You’ll support fee-earners across a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, assisting with case preparation, client communication, legal research, document drafting, and general file management. The team handles varied and interesting matters, offering great exposure and hands-on involvement for the right candidate.
Typical duties include:
* Assisting with case preparation, bundles and document management
* Drafting correspondence, statements and initial legal documents
* Handling client enquiries and supporting ongoing communications
* Conducting legal research to support ongoing matters
* General administrative and file management tasks
The successful candidate:
* At least 6–12 months’ experience in litigation or a similar legal environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Able to manage competing deadlines and work proactively
* A genuine interest in developing a career in dispute resolution
