Role: Administrator
Location: Horsham
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (office-based)
Pay: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

The Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Proven customer service experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
Confident in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Knowledge of Iris - desirable
Experience in Health & Safety at Work - desirable
The Role:
Carry out general office administration, including archiving and data entry
Answer and direct phone calls and handle incoming mail
Order office supplies and liaise with contractors regarding maintenance
Act as a point of contact for customers, clients, and suppliers via email, telephone, or in person
Welcome visitors, manage meeting room bookings, and maintain the reception area
Organise filing systems and update office databases
Provide general administrative support to the wider team
