We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Ledbury — someone who can confidently manage the full customer journey from order placement right through to delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
As the heartbeat of our customer operations, you'll:
Manage end-to-end order processing using CRM and ERP systems
Keep customers and Sales informed of delays and ensure expectations are exceeded
Expedite urgent shipments and monitor progress to delivery
Lead quarterly, bi-annual, and annual performance reviews with customers
Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring prompt and effective feedback
Coordinate returns and support credit/debit note requests with Finance
Assist with disputed invoices and maintain smooth financial processes
Continuously improve customer relationships through proactive, solution-focused service
Take initiative to resolve complex issues and drive results
What We're Looking For
Experienced in customer service (ideally within B2B sales, packaging, or manufacturing)
Highly proficient in Excel
Fluent in English
Familiar with SAP and (preferred)
In possession of a full, clean UK driving licence
Results-oriented with excellent organisational skills
A confident communicator who builds strong collaborative relationships
Skilled at managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment
