We’re looking for a Senior Digital Manager with a strong specialism in influencer marketing to join a leading PR agency’s digital team. This is a senior, strategic role working exclusively across fashion and beauty clients, delivering best-in-class influencer campaigns within a PR-led environment.
You’ll sit at the intersection of earned media, digital strategy and cultural storytelling, leading high-impact campaigns that drive both brand visibility and commercial performance.
The Role
As a Senior Digital Manager, you’ll take ownership of influencer strategy and execution across a portfolio of high-profile accounts. You’ll lead campaign direction, oversee delivery, and act as a trusted partner to clients while mentoring junior team members and helping shape the agency’s digital offering.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced PR setting and understands how influencer marketing integrates into wider communications strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of integrated influencer strategies across earned and paid channels
* Oversee end-to-end delivery of campaigns, from ideation through to reporting and optimisation
* Identify and secure best-in-class talent across all influencer tiers (nano to VIP)
* Ensure campaigns align with brand positioning, audience insights and cultural relevance
* Drive innovation in formats, platforms and partnerships
* Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, building strong, trusted relationships
* Present strategic recommendations, campaign results and forward-thinking ideas
* Confidently manage expectations, timelines and budgets across multiple accounts
Team Management & Development
* Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring high standards of execution
* Provide guidance on campaign planning, influencer selection and content quality
* Foster a collaborative and creative team environment
Campaign Delivery & Operations
* Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, contracts and negotiations
* Ensure seamless execution of influencer activations, events and content rollouts
* Work closely with PR, events and social teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns
Insights & Innovation
* Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
* Stay ahead of industry trends, platform developments and emerging talent
* Champion new ideas that push creative and strategic boundaries
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in influencer marketing within a PR or integrated agency
* Strong background working across fashion and/or beauty brands
* Demonstrated ability to lead campaigns and manage client relationships
* Deep understanding of social platforms, influencer landscape and digital culture
* Experience managing budgets, negotiations and campaign reporting
* A strategic mindset combined with hands-on executional excellence
* Confident leader with experience mentoring or managing junior team members
