About the role
Location: Our preferred location would be around the Midlands as there will be regular travel to project sites in Daventry/Avonmouth and our London office
Salary: Circa £37,000 + Bonus
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week

We are recruiting for a PMO Coordinator to join our Network Transformation team. In this role you will provide critical PMO support to Project Managers driving large-scale, strategic initiatives across our network. From coordinating governance activities and tracking milestones to ensuring accurate reporting and smooth stakeholder communication, you will be at the heart of programme delivery.

What You'll Be Doing
9. Provide comprehensive PMO support to the Logistics Network Transformation programme, maintaining key documentation (RAID/RAIDD logs, RACIs, change control, invoicing) and ensuring audit readiness.
10. Prepare and coordinate project governance forums, reporting, and stakeholder presentations to enable informed decision-making and stage sign-off.
11. Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and deliverables, tracking time, cost, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits.
12. Analyse and manipulate data to drive actions, monitor performance, and measure success.
13. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Procurement, Technology, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and 3PL partners) and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely risk mitigation.
14. Support and facilitate workshops covering requirements gathering, process mapping, interdependencies, and risk identification.
15. Build strong business relationships and promote best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery, including quality assurance of key artefacts.
What We’re Looking For
16. Demonstrable history working within a PMO function with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and experience in working with Jira and other PPM Tools.
17. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
18. Strong communication skills, confident in asking questions with the ability to challenge, influence and inform others.
19. Flexible, with excellent people skills and the ability to adapt quickly and expertly.
20. Good knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall / Agile).
21. Prince 2 or similar project management accreditation is desirable but not essential
22. Confidence in speaking to an audience with the ability to articulate a projects status effectively whilst tailoring communications to suit difference stakeholders and audiences.
23. Able to demonstrate a proven record of supporting complex and fast paced projects, to time, cost, scope and benefit.
