This role is perfect for someone from education or industry - business development, employability, recruitment, HR or partnerships who wants their work to make a genuine social impact.**The role**You’ll build trusted relationships with employers across a range of sectors, creating inclusive opportunities such as work experience, placements, projects and employer-led learning. Acting as a bridge between education and industry, you’ll align employer needs with learner potential—helping shape tomorrow’s workforce.**You will:*** Engage and grow a diverse network of employers* Work closely with senior leaders and campus teams* Support and deliver disability awareness and inclusion training* Represent the college at employer events and forums* Use labour market insight and CRM systems to track impact and improve practice**About you**You’ll bring experience in employer engagement or partnership working, strong communication skills, confidence using digital tools, and a commitment to equality and inclusion. You’ll be organised, proactive, and motivated by learner success.
