Quantum Scholars are delighted to be working with a wonderful Primary School in Surrey that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to join their team from January 2026. This is a full-time, long-term temporary position with the potential to become permanent, offering an excellent opportunity to establish yourself within a warm, supportive and forward-thinking school community.
This vibrant Primary School caters for children aged 4-11 and proudly holds a "Good" Ofsted rating. Inspectors commended the school for its nurturing ethos, where pupils feel safe, secure and happy, and for the consistently high expectations set by staff. These high standards support pupils to make strong progress across the curriculum - particularly important in Year 2 as pupils prepare for Key Stage 1 assessments and transition towards Key Stage 2.
We have worked closely with this school for a number of years, and it continues to maintain an excellent reputation for supporting its teachers - both UK-trained and overseas-trained - as they settle into new roles. The leadership team is warm, approachable and genuinely committed to helping every member of staff thrive professionally.
Overseas applications are welcome, but you must have the Right to Work in the UK.
