Property Executive – Real Estate c£28,000 Permanent, Full Time Dover based A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Property Executive – Real Estate to join our client’s Property & Regeneration team. Creating and maintaining estate management records through the Oracle system Creation and negotiation of licence requests Assist in the process of any commercial and residential rent reviews Assist in the aged debt analysis Carry out inspections of tenanted areas Assist in the administrative process for Non-Domestic Rates and Council Tax Assist the Head of Property and Real Estate Manager in project related tasks on Waterfront Regeneration Skills and Qualifications A-levels and or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Business Administration Desirable to have experience in a property environment such as estate agency, residential housing or commercial property business Demonstrate some understanding of property management Law and best practice. Track record of dealing with customers and providing excellent customer service Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) to an intermediate standard to communicate and present information in a variety of formats.
