About the Role
As a Paint Sprayer, you\ll be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paints, and ensuring a flawless finish. You\ll work with a variety of materials and techniques, maintaining high standards of safety and quality throughout.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking
* Mix and apply paint using spray equipment
* Inspect finished work for quality and consistency
* Maintain tools and equipment
* Follow health and safety guidelines
What We\re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer (automotive, industrial, or similar)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of paint types, mixing ratios, and application techniques
* Familiarity with safety procedures and PPE
