The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results.
Responsibilities
* Generate and book property valuations.
* Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
* Negotiate offers and agree on sales.
* Progress sales through to exchange and completion.
* Maximise every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
Key Requirements
* Ideally have previous sales experience, with estate agency experience an advantage.
* Be able to generate new business in a target‑driven environment.
* Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
* Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Be IT literate (MS Office, internet, and email systems).
* Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
