About the Role
Our stores are the heart of our business and must deliver a first-class experience to all customers. We are looking for a Sales Associate who lives and breathes our values, loves providing service, and can adapt to change while maintaining our brand standards.
Responsibilities
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
* Act as the first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries.
* Serve as a brand ambassador and demonstrate in‑depth product knowledge.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
* Provide outfit building and product recommendations.
* Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
* Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve.
* Ensure shop and stock‑room maintenance, presentation, and organization issues are addressed appropriately.
About You
* Have a track record within hospitality or retail.
* Be an effective communicator and collaborate to win.
* Inspire trust and celebrate the contributions of others.
* Adapt rapidly to new situations.
* Act with purpose, showing a clear presence on the shop floor.
* Take ownership and make informed decisions to find in‑store solutions.
