Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Our Warranty Administrators are fundamental within our Aftersales department! Day-to-day, they are primarily responsible for processing warranty claims and liaising with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email. We are looking for an individual with a customer service background, 'serviced' to perfection!
* Processing warranty claims to manufacturer standards
* Assessing the quality of warranty job cards and providing feedback to the workshop
* Invoicing and other administrative tasks
* Supporting with Paint and body claims
* Interacting daily with customers over the phone
You will possess attention to detail and strong organisation skills, essential for prioritising and scheduling work. You should be excellent at communicating with customers, showcasing a friendly yet professional manner, and capable of building strong relationships with colleagues.
Strong IT skills, especially proficiency with Microsoft packages, are also essential.
