We are looking for a Supporting People on Probation Navigator to join our Surrey team, based in Staines with regular travel across the county. This is a highly rewarding, people-focused role where you will walk alongside adult men on probation, delivering 1:1 and group interventions that support lifestyle change, emotional wellbeing, family relationships, and social inclusion.
Youll work closely with Probation Practitioners, prison resettlement teams (HMP Highdown & Coldingley), and local partners to deliver meaningful, enforceable interventions that make every contact count.
