Overview
They are looking to recruit a Help Desk Administrator to work on a prestigious site in Newcastle. You will be part of the Hard Services Team carrying out planned and reactive maintenance. To provide exceptional customer service and business support to contribute to the continued growth and success of the Business.
Responsibilities
* Manage CAFM system as key user on site including PPM records, reactives and purchase orders for engineers & subcontractors.
* Answer calls/email for the business in a timely fashion
* Ensure all Reactive requests raised on the helpdesk have the correct priority/engineer assigned
* Ensure communication is maintained throughout reactive job life between Facilities Team and end user(s)
* Liaise with Supervisors and Management team daily/weekly to ensure quality of service is maintained
* Actively identify/implement innovation across the contract to enhance performance and continue to meet client expectations
* Provide comprehensive reports relating to all jobs raised through the CAFM system
* Obtaining supplier quotes and uploading onto the internal system for client approval.

* Mon - Fri 9am - 5:30pm
* Temp - 3 month - Possible Perm role available
* £12.02 p/hr
