About the Role : We are on the lookout for new Customer Services Advisors to join our contact team. You will handle a wide variety of calls and digital contacts, from emergency problems in the home to repairs and questions on benefits or rent. You'll manage a heavy volume of calls involving some difficult conversations, but ultimately, the job is about working with people to resolve issues together or signposting them to those who can help further. What We're Looking For: A natural helper who can independently think around a problem or work collaboratively with other departments Someone who delivers the best customer experience possible Friendly and approachable, yet confident in making decisions and taking action to improve our customers' lives Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle a variety of customer inquiries via phone and digital channels Provide solutions and support to customers, ensuring a positive experience Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer interactions. Requirements: Previous contact centre experience with a customer-centric approach is beneficial, but not essential A can-do attitude and a real desire to help our customers Strong IT skills and a good eye for detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment A desire to develop a long-term career in customer service within our contact centre.
