Offer description

Key Responsibilities
Importing Bill of Materials (BOM) from Excel spreadsheet to ERP system, accurately and on time
Preparing reports for customers and internal departments
Arranging transport with customers and suppliers
Raising delivery notes and sales invoices
Working closely with other departments, eg Purchasing, Estimating, Production
Other general admin when required, including recruitment
Person Specification
Experience of ERP systems
Engineering/Technical/Manufacturing background
Flexible able to implement change and suggest areas of improvement
Fully conversant with MS Office, particularly Excel.
Honest, reliable and punctual
Package
Salary: Competitive
Hours:Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4pm
Friday7:30am to 12.30pm
Pension: 3% Company contribution
25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays
Cycle to Work Scheme
Radius Allowance payable based on commute to work miles
Death in Service Insurance
Income Protection Insurance
