Patient Safety Support Secretary
The Patient Safety Support Secretary role provides high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the Trust's Patient Safety Team. The post holder plays a key role in enabling patient safety improvement work by supporting the team with day-to-day organisation, meetings, and administration.

Main duties of the job
* Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the Patient Safety Team.
* Arrange and support trust-wide meetings, including managing diaries, booking rooms, preparing papers, and following up actions.
* Take notes and produce clear, accurate minutes for meetings, sharing actions with relevant staff.
* Act as a point of contact for the team, dealing with enquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
Person Specification
Education, Training and Qualifications
* Good standard of English to GCSE or equivalent
* Good level of IT literacy
* NVQ II in Customer Service or equivalent knowledge and skills
Experience and Knowledge
* Experience of minute taking
* Experience of working in NHS settings
Skills and Ability
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes such as Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel
* Ability to manage and support complex meetings at a senior level, including agenda preparation, coordination of papers, accurate minute-taking, and follow-up of actions
