Your new role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an
Audit RI Associate Director to join the audit division. TYou’ll lead a portfolio of audit clients, drive business development, and contribute to strategic planning. The role involves:
1. Expanding the client base in the Farnham region
2. Leading marketing and networking initiatives
3. Collaborating with senior leadership to enhance audit services
4. Monitoring team performance and KPIs
5. Managing and mentoring audit staff
6. Contributing to the firm’s audit strategy and growth plans
7. Strengthening international network relationships
What you'll need to succeed
8. UK RI status or desire to obtain
9. At least 5–7 years of post-qualification audit experience in a mid-tier or medium-sized firm
10. Strong technical expertise across audit disciplines
11. Proven leadership in managing audit teams and client relationships
12. Excellentmunication and presentation skills
13. Amercial mindset and confidence in client-facing engagements
