About the Role As a Night Auditor/Night Porter, you will be the face of our hotel during the quiet hours, ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of the hotel overnight, blending administrative, hospitality, and practical duties. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Operations: Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and professionally. Handle late-night guest inquiries and provide concierge support. Perform nightly audits, balancing daily financial transactions. Cleaning & Maintenance: Ensure public areas, including the lobby and corridors, are clean and presentable. Address minor maintenance issues or escalate them to the appropriate team. Security: Conduct routine security checks of the property to ensure guest and staff safety. Monitor security systems and respond to emergencies calmly and effectively. Food & Beverage Service: Serve drinks to guests during late-night hours, adhering to licensing requirements. Restock and maintain the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is desirable but not essential. Strong communication and customer service skills. A proactive and adaptable attitude with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities. Basic numeracy skills for financial audits and bar service.
