Job Description Salary £24,404 - £25,183 Per Annum | Permanent, Part time| 29.6 hours per week International Sponsorship - this role is not open to international sponsorship As the Delivery Centre Support Worker, you will: Welcome all visitors and staff warmly to the Family Hub. Handle enquiries from families and professionals via phone, email, or in-person, and direct them to the appropriate services. Engage with families coming into the Family Hub and manage room bookings and setups. Keep the Family Hub tidy and ensure display boards and resources are up to date. Maintain accurate records and enter data into the service's systems. Help manage the district's social media pages and promote events and activities at the Family Hub. What we're looking for: Communication skills - the ability to handle enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, and to engage effectively with families and professionals. Empathy - able to listen with empathy and provide support to both the public and staff Organisational skills - managing room bookings, setting up meeting rooms, and keeping the Family Hub tidy and welcoming. Creativity - updating and maintaining display boards and resources, and promoting events and activities.
