About You
We’re looking for a motivational and passionate leader with:
6. Proven track-record in strategic leadership, ideally in relevant supported housing or youth services sector.
7. Knowledge of housing law, Ofsted requirements and legal frameworks shaping services.
8. Deep understanding of trauma-informed practice, co-production and ED&I.
9. Financial and commercial acumen, with experience securing funding and managing complex budgets.
10. Ability to build trust, empower teams and lead through change.
11. Authenticity, self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
12. Commitment to amplifying young voices and ensuring young people are at the heart of all decision-making.
