Essential
* Competent Literacy and Numeracy
* Excellent communication skills
* Understanding of people’s rights
* Flexibility and reliability
* Enthusiasm, motivation and commitment to working with young individuals and those with learning disabilities or challenging behaviours
* Committed to working in a person-centred way
* Ability to travel to different sites and transport young people where required

* Knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act and the Reach Standard
* Experience in a similar field
· Qualifications and Training
Desirable
* NVQ level 3, or Diploma in Health and Social Care.
