A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a successful estate agency based near Swaffham, seeking an experienced, driven and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join their team. This is a great role for someone who is confident managing the sales process and wants to progress within a busy, target-driven environment.
You will be responsible for handling residential property sales from registration through to completion, including arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales to exchange and completion. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with buyers, vendors, and third parties are essential.
This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be expected to work proactively, spot opportunities, and contribute to overall branch success while delivering excellent customer service throughout.

About you:
6. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator or Sales Progressor
7. Confident, ambitious and target-driven
8. Strong communication and negotiation skills
9. Highly organised with good attention to detail
10. Customer-focused with a professional approach
11. Able to work well individually and as part of a team
Sales Negotiator key responsibilities:
12. Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
13. Booking and carrying out property viewings
14. Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
15. Progressing sales from offer agreed through to completion
16. Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, vendors and buyers
17. Keeping all parties updated and chasing progress where needed
18. Supporting new business opportunities and referrals
19. Maintaining strong knowledge of the local property market
