Our client is scaling rapidly and investing heavily in a smarter commercial function, creating a new opportunity for a Commercial Insights Analyst to elevate how the business understands performance. The Commercial Insights Analyst will turn complex commercial metrics into clear, actionable stories that improve revenue performance, pricing effectiveness, and digital conversion.
Role Highlights
* Analyse pricing, revenue, booking, and demand trends to uncover commercial opportunities.
* Use GA/GA4 data to interpret traffic behaviour, acquisition channels, and digital performance.
* Build insightful dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) that support self-serve decision making.
* Evaluate customer value, repeat behaviour, and lifetime value to steer marketing investment.
* Produce competitor benchmarking and market performance insights to guide strategic choices.
You Will Need
* Strong experience in commercial analysis, ideally within multi-site or hospitality-led environments.
* Advanced BI skills using Power BI or Tableau, including confident DAX usage.
* Ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
* Solid understanding of Google Analytics/GA4 and digital performance metrics.
* Strong grasp of revenue concepts (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy patterns, channel mix).
