The Role
We are seeking a Residential Sales Negotiator to work on a full-time basis, based in our busy Chard office. This will suit an individual who is currently working in a similar role (not essential) who wants to embark upon a career with a dynamic and sought-after Estate Agency. The Successful Candidate Must Have:
* Ideally a proven track record in residential sales
* An outgoing and confident personality
* A driven and pro-active approach to work
* Highly organised and efficient approach
* Professionalism
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to use own initiative
* Excellent MS Office skills
* Full UK Driver's license & daily access to own vehicle
Salary is highly competitive. Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8.45am – 5.30pm and one in four Saturdays 9am – 1pm.
