Office Administrator – Nottingham (Office-Based)

Location: Oban House, 8 Chilwell Road, Nottingham, NG9 1EJ

Salary: FTE £25,500

Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Working Considered

Join RammSanderson as our new Office Administrator and become a key part of our friendly, dynamic Nottingham office. You'll play a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly and supporting the success of our growing business.

What You'll Be Doing

* Supporting the daily functioning of our Nottingham office alongside the admin team
* Managing vehicle servicing, maintenance, and mileage logs
* Championing health and safety: keeping the office clean, tidy, and safe, including fire warden duties and first aid kit checks
* Overseeing office supplies and equipment, including purchasing and storage
* Receiving and processing new client enquiries and supporting project admin
* Answering and transferring calls, ensuring a warm welcome for all
* Managing and filing site paperwork
* Providing general office support wherever needed
