Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our team for a 4-month project in Andover. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high standards on-site. The role involves assisting with various tasks and performing standard labouring duties.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with general labouring tasks on-site.
* Supporting tradespeople and site supervisors as required.
* Ensuring the site is kept clean, safe, and organized.
* Handling materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
* Adhering to all health and safety regulations on-site.
Qualifications
* A valid CSCS card is mandatory.
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
* Good communication skills and a professional approach to work.
Day-to-Day
* Reporting to the site supervisor at the start of each shift.
* Carrying out assigned tasks, such as moving materials, cleaning the site, and assisting tradespeople.
* Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.
* Working 9.5 hours per day, contributing to the smooth operation of the site.
